Regan is the Director of Business Development for the Michigan Law Center which is a law firm that specializes in special needs planning and elder law. She is also the mother of a teenage son who has a medical diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy who skis and is a gymnast. Regan fully understands the daily struggles of having a child who needs to be parented differently than a neurotypical child. She serves as the Parent Advisor for the Board.
